MOT Fail on drop link
 

dumb question but how many drop links does a bugeye have per side? mine failed for play in the nearside rear upper

is there 2 per side or am i finally losing the plot?:wonder:

Only 1 drop link per side, but each drop link has 2 ends. An upper end and a lower end. I suspect the upper end (bit attached to the anti-roll bar) has play on the nearside.

What year and model of of Impreza do you have?

It's a 03 blobeye

i got mine from europarts,bog standard but do the job

Wrx or sti as they are different

If you're replacing one then I would recommend changing both for uprated items and personally I would go for some heavy duty mounts and a better ARB if they are all still standard. :thumb:

You only need to go uprated if your changing the roll bar, do both there not expensive and an easy job DIY :)

You can get oem aluminium ones from import car parts.
