Clutch advice which one ?
 

Hi All

Thinking of at some point changing my clutch on my 2005 plate STi Wide-track 6 speed. Uprated the front and rear discs and pads plus the cam belt and major service for piece of mind but feel an Uprated clutch maybe the next purchase.

What's the best kit to go for ? The car is standard apart from the Nur Spec R and usual PPP upgrades.

Plus what's the average cost to replace these days ?

Exedy pink box great clutch with OE feel, group buys come up on here from time to time :)

if its a standard car and likely to stay under 330bhp an exedy blue box is fine. Expect to pay £500-600 including labour

If you have to change the clutch,you might as well put in a pink box just to future proof a little,so if you decide later on to maybe add a few more horses :norty:with a turbo upgrade billet style,you will have a clutch that can take more torque,but as above the O.E clutch can handle most stage 1 mods with ease so if you are looking to keep your power level as is i would just stick with the O.E sti one.SJ.
