STi Hawkeye rear arch roll to fit 18x9 et 35
Hi guys
My rear arches need rolling on my Sti hawkeye to stop my 235/40 tyres catching the sidewalls on the arches. The car has been lowered 30mm on BC coilovers. Anyone know anywhere in south Wales that could do this for me? Anyone else had any dramas with this setup? Cheers! |
Yeah but I use 225/40/18

Modify them properly and fit proper tyres instead of pointless stretched tyres. i doubt Arch Attack will be able to do much as on the wide track/Hawk sti have next to no arch lip, show a body shop this guide and get them to do it properly
http://t3hclap.com/archives/385 This is what i did with my car and I'm running 255/35/18s, i get very slight rub over speed bumps, but i need to get some negative camber to sort that. |

Who did the work for you? Am very wary about taking the car to a body shop I know nothing about. How much did they charge? Thanks |

That's an excellent guide and the photos of your car looks spot on in those photos. Good to see that it still looks pretty original too even with a flare on the arches.

Thanks It was done by Grant at GHL Bodyworks in Ossett in West Yorkshire, he did a spot on job, and he's a scooby owner too https://m.facebook.com/GHL-Bodyworks-251520568302542/ |

How long did it take? A p.m (incase you don't want to put it on here) of the rough cost would be great just so I know what to expect :) Cheers buddy |

The car was with Grant for 2 weeks while I was on holiday, and had quite a few other jobs done, your best sending him a message, tell him you've seen Mikes car :thumb:
