M4 Newport variable speed section speed cameras going live
 

Apparently speed cameras between J22 and J27 I think, M4 Newport, are going live http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-36877899
I thought they were already live after a comment on here when the Port Talbot 50MPH section Average Speed Cameras went live. There is no date but they will be used to advise drivers caught to begin with, and will be used to prosecute at some later date.
