Help With Looking For a WRX
 

Hi all

Its been a few years since I posted on here but to keep it simple im looking for a WRX either blob or hawk.

I have been looking for a few weeks now and finally got off my backside and went looking this weekend.

Had a look at JCT at 3 cars but too many miles but the guy was sound TBH..

Looked at 4 hawks at bunning garages wolverhampton and all I can say what a waste of 3 1/2" hours driving and £40.00. Could not believe that these are all about 8K and all 4 had over spray and dinted etc ..... sales guy was spot on but his response was well they are mechanically perfect... oh cheers could have told me that before I set off.


had a look at a 05 Blob with 44k roughly same price as above and the condition was mint just has a few too many mods for my liking... not sure how far its gone and could it be put back to sort of factory. Its wrx 300 but had a few mods but whats bothering me is that its got a maf delete and cant find the wires to put it back even the owner doesn't know he just paid for the work to be done.

there is another 54 plate blob WRX on autotrader with 44k but that's £8K :freak3:


Has the prices doubled in the past 4 years am I missing something......:cry:

Anyone know of a good one with low miles no mods or little mods or have they all dried up.

any help please, searched trader a few times and piston heads and ebay

not sure cant seem to find any at all in a close distance they are all 150 miles or more away.

That's about what I paid for my GB270... 3 years ago :lol1:

Scoob prices seem to have gone a bit mad at the moment, god only knows why. That being said fresh imports are looking more reasonable.

Quite a few on here recommend Hurst Cars of Bedford. Check out there website.
