Are turbo seal gone bad

Hi everyone, so Im looking for a little advise to see if I can sort the issue im having, so I've done a fair bit of maintainence on my v6 Sti RA but when I got it all back together it a little smokey and I noticed a milky residue in the tailpipe, could that be the symptoms of a blown turbo seal

Things I've done are
coolant TB bypass,
RH,LH rocker cover gaskets
Inlet manifold gaskets
TB gasket
Header gaskets and up pipe
Equal lenth SS fuel lines
Group N baffled sump

Someone said they had the same issue with smoke when the took off there manifold but it cleared up, but mine is getting what looks like a mix of oil and Coolant at the exhaust tailpipe
Any help or input is greatly welcome

Could be a turbo seal, could also be head gasket. It'd be worth doing a sniff test and checking the engine oil.
