I've had 2 alternators off Paul and they are better than new. Silver first then changed for a white one

I'd like a black & blue combo, for a 2007 hawk STI, what's the waiting time on this. Thanks

The only unit i currently have is an almost new high output alternator from a hatch sti. This will fit all models from 2001-2014. The price would be £115 including delivery in any colour combination.

For anybody else interested in purchasing one, the current waiting time is aprox 2-3 weeks and the current price for classic and newage alternators is £105 including delivery and will come with new high quality bearings and brushes fitted.

Cheers

I have one,a new age 3 pin.
It wouldn't work on my classic, something to do with the pins or smart charge feature.

Don't know if it would be of any use to You?

bustaMOVEs 16 June 2018 06:25 PM

Last time I spoke to him, he's busy with work and lifestyle etc so doesn't have time to do much, he sent me a few bits to do mine diy and said he simply hasn't got time to do owt. But he's still about.

bustaMOVEs 16 June 2018 06:27 PM

Mine done to a subtle look, wanted the brass original so just cleaned it up instead of painting

Ash Webster 01 August 2018 02:07 PM

anyone any idea of other options for this? looking to get one refurbed and coated a specific colour...

jazzyjembreaze 04 August 2018 09:26 AM

Ash , they are easy to split & re assemble yourself , fit new bolts or get the originals plated . The main issue is the corrrect earthing procedure , & I’ve found from experience this is down to paint . For me it was necessary to completely remove paint from the inside of the rear cage & also burring the mounting points .

Laupy 04 August 2018 09:03 PM

Just done mine, bearing was a bit noisy so replaced bearings, brushes and gave it a cheeky powder coat in a textured sparkle black.
