How to remove rear tracking adjuster

My alignment guy says my rear tracking adjustment is seized. How do you remove the plastic cap, so as to get to the nut? Its a 2005 wrx wagon. Cheers!

I dont want to just prize the cap off and find ive broken it. It must come off some how to get the nut. Anyone?
