What's the difference? I want the mounts which will be firmer and more solid as my car is for track

Beatrush are easier to obtain and better :) You can get some Beatrush on eBay now and a message to a supplier on there can get what you want. :)

Are they stiffer than Cusco mounts? I was thinking about them as I've seen a few people use them

Very similar I run them on my S202 for track and they are solid!

Did you go for the rear diff mount support bar also it is there no point?

Yes mate and solid prop bushes, pitch stop, outrigger bushes and gearbox cradle bushings.

The beatrush gear is first class :) the bushes are very well engineered and fit together crisply rather than just being mashed together by pressure like the whiteline stuff I have on the other car :)

Yeah you've persuaded me, where did you order your stuff from?

I wouldn't bother with pitch stop mount, beatrush one is only there for bling and you'd be better going for a proper diff brace like the SD Motorsport one, cheaper than the expensive beatrush stuff too. Gearbox cradle just make your own from flat.

Personally I don't see what's so special about this beatrush gear, plus it cost a fortune. In all fairness 53 has been into their gear for years so I respect the fact he has used it and is happy with it. Most other people buy beatrush because it's a JDM fashion accessory!

It is good :) When you start my S202 and the GC8 the engine doesn't move :) The engine mounts are similar to the vibra ones but they are mentally expensive and not quite the same quality. The gearbox mount locks it down like crazy. The rigger bushes are a quality design as I say. I actually bought one of those diff lock braces you bought to try on the new car but not fitted it yet :)

I don't have the SD diff brace, but I've heard they are very very good, tried and tested!
I'll make a diff brace when I get chance.
What do the out rigger bushes look like?
I was just gonna cut/burn the old out rigger bush out and insert a solid metal bush

These ones Joe, not the subframe ones :)

I bought one of these to try just as a cheap comparison to the BR one :)

I saw the guy selling those, look quite nice finish, although they look pretty flimsy. I will be making something a bit more substantial, car sees about 11-12 6,000rpm launches every couple of weeks or so. I've been told I'm brutal on launch, car has a lot of grip and hooks up well

Where those rubber bushes sit on the photo, I'll be cutting the oem bush out, machining up 2no top hat bushes out of aluminium, sandwiching the outrigger punt between them and bolting it up to the chassis, solid no movement

Do you collect doff braces lol

No Subarus lol, I've got 4 now :D

For a fast weekend car so noise doesnt matter that much but how much more vibrations/ noise we talking over standard sti mounts ? Like does the steering vibrate etc on idle

I'm tied between these or group N mounts
