Correct PAS fluid and coolant?

Need to get myself some pink coolant and some red pas fluid. Any particular one I need?

Pink coolant? Why pink?

Isnt the pink stuff normally OAT type, like the stuff from Halfords?

I thought Scoobs use the green/blue type which is different as its ethylene glycol based and is NAP free (no nitrite, amine and phosphate)

Some say you should use genuine Subaru coolant apparently. When I did my coolant change not long ago I used Shell Radiator Fluid from a Shell garage as it says NAP free on the bottle and mixed it with distilled battery water from Halfords.

Pink is what's in there. That's what rich from east Kent subaru put in a long life one. And Clive from North London scoobies said use pink too.

Please...cooolant colour means nothing, it's a dye, that's all. TYPE is everything, glycol or OAT. DO NOT mix the two.

Is it safe to mix too different brands as long as they are of the same mixture/additives?
