Have you thought about going for ESL which works with your current ECU.

alcatech only a tad bit more expensive than esl and far more capable so prob a better route to go.

If you want the best then Syvecs

If your not planning on running avcs at a later date, I'd go ESL.

Usual bollocks eh Todgy. It's much more expensive and unless you want to run avcs, less capable.

I'll ask pat to write out a technical explanation of the difference shall i?

Also has to be said a very proffesional reply. You could have come on and said, just to pull you up on that and explained, but instead you felt the need to chuck insults around.

are you looking to map yourself or have someone map it for you? If someone is mapping it for you then find out what ECU types they are happiest to work. If your having a go yourself the ESL will come back with a stock map on it so you can plug in and start driving.
