Blue smoke

Hi, I am new to this forum and am after a bit of advice. I have got a 2003 blob and had the engine rebuilt about 5 months ago with a crank re grind, new bearings, new rods, new Pistons, new oil pump and cooler, new water pump, new belt and the heads were reconditioned. The car was put back together running standard. I recently changed the manifold, decat up pipe and put a 3inch downpipe on. Ever since then I have got a problem with blue smoke. I get a small puff when it's left over night and after engine braking when I put my foot back on the throttle I get another puff of smoke. I changed the turbo for a second hand one, thinking it may be that but it's still the same, if not worse than it was.
Any ideas would be a great help.

if you dident get it mapped to suit de-cat then you have done ya ring lands or even a hole in the crown of ya piston.
who ever did the rebuild ovs dident no what there doing as you dont regrind a subaru crank. compretion test will show what piston is knackered

could be stem seal but as the heads have been refurbed i doubt its them.

Quite possible it's the stem seals or valve guides.
