Should these have the plastic bracket, that the middle seatbelt slides into? Or is that what goes with the missing headrest? Sorry, I can't see in the pics. I'm interested in these for a Forester, but use that middle seatbelt a lot.

Yes, the middle headrest carries the plastic bracket you mention
