HAWKEYE FRONT DISCS

HI I HAVE A STUPID QUESTION ABOUT THE FRONT DISCS ON A STI.
BOTH THE FRONT DISCS HAVE ABOUT 5MM TO 10MM OF MOVEMENT BACK AND FORTH AND SEEMS TO HAVE LARGER HOLES FOR THE WHEELS STUDS THAN NEEDED IS THIS NORMAL SO THE DISCS CAN EXPAND WHEN HOT OR DO THEY NEED REPLACING.

They won't move when the wheel is bolted on to them

Well the stud holes are usually quite close to the actual stud size (12mm), the holes could be 12.5/13mm. If you had slightly loose wheel studs the discs may be able to float a little bit and elongate the holes. I've seen it happen on a mate lorry where the tyre place didn't torque the wheels up properly. Take some photos!

Every disc I've used on a studded hub has a bit of back and forth movement, just the nature of the design, But like the pink Ninja has mentioned there not going anywhere after the wheel is bolted up.
