2015 WRX STI Towbar??

Hi,

Not for me but a mate has a 2015 WRX STI and wants a towbar fitted, has anyone got one and where did they get one as we cant seem to find one anywhere including the local main dealer!

If you read the owners manual, it says you can't tow.
