This might be coming from your hotmail account if you have one.

MSN or Windows Messenger Hotmail account. Think mines at about 180ish :D

Below my username on the Welcome Screen, it often says I have xx unread email messages.

Anyone tell me where this info comes from, cos I cannot find any unread messages in Outlook Express.
