Best ramps for home

Hi all,

Does anyone have any suggestions for a suitable set of ramps for home? With the car being quite low anyway and having fitted a lowline kit it won't get up most, though it's handy yo be able to get under for oil changes etc....

Thanks

Might seem like I'm joking but you might find it easier to make your own for a lowered car or at least some pre ramp ramps, I have 2 sets (neighbour gave me his) and even the Rover 25 wouldn't clear either of them without something in front to lift it a little more so the front lip would clear, and even then I had to be careful when coming off them so as not to flex the suspension and catch the front.

I went out and brought the proper ramp extensions and my hatch won't go up even with them in place and it's not lowered so I gave up using them for hatchbacks lol , so agree your prob better off knocking some up yourself

Thanks Johnny though I'm not sure they will raise the car enough.

Those look great Steve, I'm going to measure my clearance in the morning.

Was also looking at these:-

I have actually made something similar but 2 piece so i could remove the first ramp to fit a proper trolley jack under the car. It looks pure sh!te but does the job perfect as the car sits pretty low

I use 2 short bits of old fence post as my "extensions " for low cars
