Classic low level spoiler a direct fit onto a version 6?

Just wondering if a classic low level spoiler would be a direct fit onto my new version 6 ? Would the mounting studs/holes etc be the same ?
The car has a s201 spoiler fitted at the moment and it's a bit ott for me.

I don't see why not. I have a low level going free to collector

Me too...agree it would fit, have one spare.

What colour?

Guessing you bought Adrians STI RA, lovely looking car is that.

In answer to your question, yes the low level spoiler will bolt straight on, however, the S201 spoiler base is a different shape to a low level one. So, if the large spoiler has been on since new (it was an option for that car) then it would more than likely of left some marks on the boot lid. In fitting a low level spoiler will make those marks visible.

Best thing to do is remove the S201 spoiler and check the condition of the lid, it might be fine and clean up. If not, do what I have done and purchase another boot lid (cost very little) and have it painted if you can't find one in your colour. That way you'll have the option of both spoilers without worrying about marking the boot lid.

Thanks for the advice MattyB1983, yes it is Adrian's car but I didn't see it for sale on here? I bought it off eBay, I'm picking it up tomorrow it's taking a little while to register it but I got the reg back on Friday so got the plates made up today. Really looking forward to getting it having been driving a Suzuki swift for the last 2 years.

Just checked AA route planner and its 213 miles, a bit to far for me but I appreciate the offer.

I picked up the car this morning:) it feels like a go kart compared to my old type uk. I'll see if a can get a pic up
