Is it 25 years and you don't pay road tax?

RS_Matt 13 October 2015 08:18 PM

Micky can you get classic car insurance now? I got it on my MK2 Golf and saved a fortune.

Yeah locally, Simon. I'd recommend them, couple of bits could have been done better though.

Why on earth would I do that? I'm very happy with my current insurer, and have been for the last 9 years.

Tell you what though, come renewal time, I'll send you a PM, including my full mods list, and give you a chance to quote me.

johned 15 October 2015 08:59 PM

I asked a reasonable question and one you cannot obviously answer so why the sarcasm?.:cuckoo:

All I got told was to wash it down underneath after winter, and re-underseal it.

The worst of it was caused by my car getting gritted and snow plowed up the side of it a couple of years ago, things are more stable at work now, so I've been able to get it sorted.

Paulo P 17 October 2015 11:29 PM

Looking really good now mate and it looks like you caught it in time, just need to polish the rust off the rear bumper now ;)
