Td05 20g??

Got a td05 20g to go on my car built by andy Forrest is there anything I can do to the turbo to improve power and spool or is it not worth it and should I just buy a different turbo?

Nowt wrong with an A.F 20G. I ran one and with a bit of porting on the turbo and combined with a set of GT spec exhaust manifolds it spooled up quicker than the little VF28 it replaced.
Mine made circa 380 on pump fuel and then over 400 with a splash of meth.
Good strong turbo that spooled well and made good power for not alot of money.
A bit of meth in your tank will transform it though.

Where can I get it ported to and I was thinking of running meth just waiting for my mapper to let me know if it's possible on an open source map or not and was thinking about getting a billet wheel to help spool but not sure if it's worth it or not and if so where to get one and who can I get to do the work.

i believe you can also get a billet wheel fitted as well to help improve things, although how much this would cost and who to recommend i am not sure.

I'd STRONGLY advise you to contact Alyn at AS Performance, he now sells the Harvey Trick up-pipe, it helps spool and torque at lower revs, will transform the turbo if mapped properly

I'm running 385bhp on a Harvey smith 20g with Harvey trick uppipe an ported headers.
