Firefox and the jiggly video?

Watching you tube videos on Firefox is painful, they jiggle backwards and forwards.

The same videos are perfect on Chrome.

Anything I can do?

I blame Zontar! :D

As above try disabling flash, although youtube "should" try and use HTML5 by default.

Disabling flash can be done by clicking on the open menu symbol (the symbol with three horizontal lines at the top right), click "options", then "add-ones" then click "plugins". Then set shockwave flash as never activate (or ask). Reboot and try and see if its any better.

Tried that, no better.

Zontar ruled...most of his stuff is now gone.

Delete Firefox and use Chrome. Delete Flash whilst your at it.

alcazar 28 September 2015 11:25 AM

It does work on Chrome......but I hate Chrome, and Virgin Tech support say it's got so many holes in it, so not to use it for security purposes.

Anyone think it might help if I updated Adobe, deleted it and reinstalled? it's un-watchable, yet Chrome shows them fine.
