Issues when turning left!

HI Everybody.

Ever since I picked my car up there has been a weird issue. Whenever I turn left there is a weird not good scraping / stress type sound. Stationary I can put the wheel through the full range of motion and not get it.

However when I do a sharp right under power I get this horrible sound. It wasn't there prior to service. Any ideas ? On easy lefts it is fine. Just when for example doing a tight turn onto a major road I get it.

"Replace arm ball joint" was on the work list if that gives any clues.

I read thread the other week where by the rear disc guard was causing such under hard cornering / cornering at speed. It seems prying it away further from the rear discs stopped it for more than one person
