Welcome to world of Citroen.
They seem to have a parts bin they just dip into, any part from any of their cars could turn up.

My Xantia, for example, had brakes off some obscure thing.

It looks like there are various master cylinders and they have different port sizes so if you look on ebay you might be able to pick yours out and then with the info get it ordered correctly.

Try your Fiat dealer! Colliers tend to be pretty good as they are multi franchise so cover Pug and Citroen too.

If the problem is your brakes sticking on/pedal not returning/sticking: The problem is not the master cylinder, but the pivot bearing/bush on the passenger side of the van has seized; This forms part of the linkage between the pedal and the master cylinder. Common fault. Bitch to get at.
