6 speed gearbox query
 

I've got a jdm version 2 gc8 which has a manual speedo meter and I've just bought a jdm bugeye 6speed conversion

I was wondering could I take the manual speedo meter off the 5speed box on my gc8 and put it on the 6speed box to make it work?

Or would I have to swap over to the new gc8 dash clocks?

Yes as far as I am aware use the e xisting gc8. Speedo drive.

I have a mechanical drive on my blob 6spd in my gc8

That's what I'm hoping for, but I'd just like confirmation as a local garage has said il need to swap the clocks over
