Eibach, CDF or Whiteline Anti Roll Bars?

Looking at changing my blob sti's front & rear ARB's to one of the above makes. Just seeing what the consensus was on them.

I've had whiteline in the past but they corroded quite badly.

CDF look good but a bit pricey.

Eibach appear to sit in the middle as far as pricing & quality goes. The only thing putting me off the Eibach is that the front is 23mm whereas the other two are 22mm. All 3 come with 24mm rears.

Anyone had any experience with the Eibach's? I can't see the 1mm extra diameter in the front ARB making that much difference??

Cheers

CDF - Not sure if Chris at CDF will deal directly to SN members any more but if you have a look at the original group buy prices and consider drop links and ALK kit at the same time i'm sure he'll be able to arrange a good deal for you.

They don't rust either and have been well and truly tested by members on here including myself who are very happy with them,

Cheers mate. Yeah ideally I would want the whole package with the ALK & drop links especially if it came at a reasonable price.

Eibach all the way for me mate, been around a long time & very well respected, good enough for wrc/f1 teams=good enough for me!

Fonzey 16 September 2015 01:56 AM

CDF are Whiteline bars with powdercoat, so if you feel the extra ££ covers that - then there you go!

What I was about to say, all made in the same factory

serpico 16 September 2015 08:44 AM

The CDF do seem a bit steep. I'm siding with Eibach at the moment but I think the whiteline are slightly cheaper. I could always have the whiteline's powder coated if they start corroding.

Where is best for Whiteline products? The Eibach's can be had at a reasonable rate from eBay traders.

AS Performance 16 September 2015 09:20 AM

we do both Whiteline and Eibach products at competitive pricing..............

as said above if your bothered about the corrosion of W/line (although they have improved over the years) then simply powder coat before fitment

JDM_Stig 16 September 2015 09:23 AM

my Eibachs are like new 5 years later, the whiteline on my old classic looked 5 years old after 1 year, but it didn't stop it doing it`s job.

Is there much difference between the Eibach & whiteline apart from the powder coating? Either way I will drop you a line in the very near future. Thanks :thumb:

I'm siding with the Eibach's too, just for their longevity :thumb:

no both ultimately do their job, the advantage of most of the Whiteline range is they are available as adjustable units so can be fine tuned, however if its a fast road car then the Eibachs take a lot of beating simply because of the development behind them

banny sti 19 September 2015 01:02 PM

CDF I would not touch with a 100ft barge pole

bustaMOVEs 19 September 2015 01:08 PM

Yeah stay away from cdf racist parts!

jura11 20 September 2015 12:43 AM

Hi there

We are run Eibach too ARB's and they're been spotless and agree about the Whiteline they needs to be powdercoated or painted, because they will rust very quickly

Hope this helps

Thanks,Jura

serpico 21 September 2015 03:07 PM

Think I'll be staying away from CDF in that case!

Hi mate. Yeah I'm agreement I've used Eibach's on other cars (mostly German) & I never once had a problem. Do you think the Eibach are good for a road set up? I don't want to lose the driveablity of the car on normal road surfaces.

No mate not considered Perrin - I know they do quality products but they seem usually quite expensive so I just ruled them out without checking.

Not sure what's happened there mate but obviously it is a put off if that is the case :nono: especially in this day & age.

banny sti 23 September 2015 09:41 AM

Relating to a post he shared on Facebook, I've used Chris in the past and he showed no bigotory towards Muslims when I was giving him my hard earned!

As a businessman, you keep your feeling to yourself and not share it over Facebook so all the customers can see which are all mixed races.

Just for reference:

Attachment 42666

He's shared more of simlar nature in the past.
