Discs and adapters to suit AP CP7040 calipers

Can anyone recommend a supplier for Subaru mounting brackets and discs for the CP7040 calipers?

Can you send me a price for whatever I need to fit these to my classic please Ian? As far as I know I just need discs (two piece maybe?) and mounting brackets.
