Time has come to sell my type r as I no longer really use and it think someone else could get better enjoyment off it.
I am the 2nd uk owner and have owned the car seven years it was originally imported by newera imports and come with a lot of Japanese history.
It has crystal headlights,indicators and side lights.
The engine was replaced with a new Sti motor from subaru and fitted better v3 sti heads and cams,550cc injectors,hks induction kit & BOV, apexi Ecu with hand commander mapped by Andy Forrest with apexi avcr boost controller set for high and low boost settings of 1/1.4 bar running a safe 330bhp.It has a full decat with 3" revolution exhaust system.
It's fitted with the usual type r equipment of ew,cl,inter cooler spray,close ratio Dccd gearbox and diff.
The car has always been ran on v-power or momentum. And had yearly oil changes using millers oils.
The brakes have been changed for newage brembos front + rear with new discs/pads at the rear and new uprated performance friction pads at the front with dot 5.1 brake fluid.
The suspension has been changed to uprated prodrive p1 suspension which is the best set up for our roads.
The wheels are 18" compomotive mo's with good tyres.
The car was services recently with millers 10/50 oil,ngk iridium plugs,fuel filter,new 8mm magnecor plug leads,new lambda sensor and manifold gasket were fitted. Timing belt was changed last year.
The mileage is 106000 on the clocks which is a mixture of Km's and miles which would make it around 80000 miles.
The car is fitted with a cat 1 alarm and tracker.
The car passed the mot last week and will come with standard exhaust/cat/air box/Ecu and a host of other spares including reconditioned inlet manifold and hks front mount intercooler
