Tunning 09 WRX S help!!!!

Looking for some help on getting the most out of a 09 wrx s. Looking at getting her remapped by Andy Forrest but I don't really know where to start. Looked on his website and the stages are for a wrx. Would A stage one improve the performance as it claims bhp of between 260-280 with the wrxs already at 255bhp. Would I be better getting a turbo then a remap to see a noticeable difference?

If so what would you wise lot suggest? From my research it's suggest a VF48, would that be the right option? If so what sort of output would I expect?

Thanks in advance

Peak figures aren't everything - it's all about the torque and the area under the curve. Even the standard car mapped will feel loads better - if you need a really big push then yeh the vf 48 if you can find one.

The issues you have are the manifold and throttle body layout is different to that of an STI so simply bolting a vf48 on wont do the magic as the flanges are different for the intercoolr pipe.

Good spot! I meant vf52 from the 2010 cars :(
