Scooby Stevo 28 July 2015 08:43 PM

Pross 28 July 2015 08:53 PM

Dave Y 28 July 2015 09:08 PM

60 years old in October.
The oldest boy racer in town.

Richardweasel 28 July 2015 09:17 PM

scoobyboy1 28 July 2015 09:18 PM

Grow up FFS.
Who gives a **** about their age and image except selfie loving fanboys :brickwall

Chris.air 28 July 2015 09:32 PM

You need to be older to be able to afford them. Kid is older don't worry so much about the fancy clothes more money to burn buy a classic RA :-)

I feel sometimes like that driving the spec c, I'm 27.

Soup 28 July 2015 09:37 PM

Just got my first one at 30. As long as you like/enjoy it who cares :D

Lee_ 28 July 2015 09:45 PM

35 driving a RB5. I love my car and don't intend to sell it!

I really don't worry what others may think!

Wouldie 28 July 2015 09:50 PM

I'm 55 and own a 2001 Bugeye. Power to the oldies.

scoobiepaul 28 July 2015 09:51 PM

60 next June. Had the T25 spec C for about 4 months.:)

scooby k 28 July 2015 09:54 PM

I was 26 when I owned my widetrack sti. Cars are cars, enjoy what your drive, there is no age restriction on them.

Paben 28 July 2015 09:56 PM

If you have to ask the question you probably are too old. If it embarrasses you, you could always try driving your Scoob wearing a balaclava, or if that fails move it on and get a Merc. You have to be near death to be too old for one of those.

56 in October, scoobies for life for me

Dockyard 28 July 2015 11:47 PM

Bought my first one at 39 and thought the exhaust was to quiet so at 40 I fitted a blitz and pisses the neighbours off!!!

GOOD TIMES

Sad Weevil 29 July 2015 01:46 AM

I'm 62, and I deeply don't care what anyone else might think about what I drive.

CutMasterT 29 July 2015 02:30 AM

Exactly as others have said, if you enjoy it then that's all that really matters.

Why drive something based on other peoples opinions, its your car and your own opinion that count :)

Uncle Creepy 29 July 2015 03:02 AM

@ BBB3 and Paben - What do you both do regarding insurance for so many cars? Can you only use your no claims bonus against one car, and then have to pay full whack on the others?

S204Darren 29 July 2015 05:18 AM

Bought my first Subaru when I was 46, now I'm 48 and I love my Subaru cars especially driving my spec c on track.

ditchmyster 29 July 2015 06:41 AM

I'm 49 and couldn't give a flying fcuk what people think about me or my cars, and haven't cared for years, strange how the older I get, the less I worry about other peoples opinions.

You're still a young un and obviously worry about what people think of you, my view is if they don't like it or me then they can sling their hook.

Not into loud exhausts though as they just irritate me.

WRX Wagon PPP daily
V3 STI Type R in garage slowly being re-freshed and rebuilt for sprinting, trackdays and weekends.
Isuzu Trooper for off roading and Paris Dakar style dirt tracking, only rolled it once.:D
Honda 185 ATV for when I'm feeling brave.

Life is too short to live by other peoples ideas of what is acceptable.
