I have to agree, it looks like there's linear scoring inside the bore. Were the liners "used" and not brand new when fitted?

I am off to Freiberg in September on route to Lake Como.

Hi, Can I please ask if high Import Performance confirmed that these bore marks are not a problem? Will new rings seat in OK with these marks?

Thanks in advance.

It's not something I'd assemble, needs re honing at the very least.
Your guys have no clue IMO.

BrownPantsRacing 20 July 2015 04:12 PM

Completely agree.

Even seems to be a slight dent or tool mark in the picture above.

ScottyPPP 20 July 2015 10:23 PM

I should think some of those would snap your finger nail off.
