You could ban yourself in many ways, if that's what you wish for.

1. Stop posting and reading what others are mouthing about
2. Stop posting but do read the crap on the forums, even when it has nothing to do with you
3. Get a life out there which may help
4. Spout sh7te yourself with inflammatory self-destructive baits and then retaliate to the rise you wished for, in the same explosive ways. This way you may get banned martyr stylee, which you may find quite glamorous. Doesn't matter what others think.

Fourth option is the longest route if you're on SN. Choice is yours.

It does appear that someone has hit try self destruct button.

you say I am banned....then don't log in again. Deleting all cookies and the bookmark ;-)

Do not look at said forum.

This ranks up there with all those posts from people asking what toaster they should buy and what socks to wear today. There is such a thing as a) self control and b) having your own mind.
