2005 WRX STI Widetrack 411BHP #9,595#

55 Subaru Impreza WRX STI Widetrack DCCD

Sad times, but a new house comes first so here is my Impreza at 47,648 miles

The car currently runs a very safe and reliable 411bhp, I do have the graph.

More power easily available with a larger turbo

Engine and performance
Williams H Beam Rods capable of 600bhp
Mahle Pistons Rated between 500-600
STI Nitridied Crankshaft
ACL Main and big end bearings
Cosworth Headgaskets
ARP engine stud kit, head and bottom end.
SC40 turbo
HKS Silent power exahust system (respectable for streets and motorways)
APS Front Mounted Intercooler
3 port aftermarket boost solenoid
Walbro uprated fuel pump
800cc Injectors
ECUTEK remap by Racedynamix

Handling and Brakes
Whitline anti lift kit
Whiteline Front ARB
Whiteline Rear ARB
Whiteline drop links for both ARB's
STI Brembo brakes
Braided brake lines all round
BC Coilovers (set to sensible ride height and pretty gentle to rid with)
Front strut brace
Wheels in motion geometry setup

Lightweight Flywheel and exedy racing clutch

Engine was built for the car about a year and a half ago, by Predator motorsport, my local and trusted tuner. Since covered approximately 4000
miles

MOT until end of October 2015

£9,595 onvo.

It is always hard to price but given I have spent a lot and the car is very well looked after I think and based on others on the market, i feel it is accurate.

As a bad point, the wheels could use a refurbish as they are kerbed.

Aah, I'm after one of these. But it's way out my price range. My eyes lit up when I saw the header. But understandable after the amount of money you've put into it! Lovely car and good luck with the sale. That will not hang around too long.

scooby87 11 June 2015 04:59 PM

Cheers dude.

rs4adam 11 June 2015 05:21 PM

Hi,

Nice example, does it have any service history?

scooby87 11 June 2015 05:42 PM

It does not have any Subaru service history with me, I will look through the paperwork for any with the previous owner.

I have receipts for specialist Garages which I have chosen.

It has been serviced by myself while under my care to a very high standard, in my opinion a Subaru service would be worse.

Plenty of PM's but no views as yet.... I have reduced the price in the hope for more serious buyers.

k19 asj 20 June 2015 01:27 PM

I'm interested in this... where are you located mate.

scooby87 20 June 2015 02:15 PM

In sg1. You would definitely want to get s plane here being all the way in Scotland. Let me know. Pm if you want my number for a chat.

scooby87 21 June 2015 03:26 PM

This seems to be a very popular question so I will add here.

Previous service history is 7 Subaru services in the book, up to 38000 miles.

scooby87 25 June 2015 01:03 PM

Still waiting for some serious buyers....

scooby87 30 June 2015 08:10 PM

Still here.... Have I advertised badly?

stiKiwi 30 June 2015 08:54 PM

Nah mate, good ad. For me it's just the distance as I'm in Essex. Got cash waiting for a decent blob. Miss my old one.

poolio74 30 June 2015 10:41 PM

The distance!? Hes only in Hertfordshire and your in Essex.

Thats round the corner when it comes to travelling for cars :wonder:

stiKiwi 01 July 2015 04:31 AM

I miss read. I thought he was in Scotland, I've just looked where sg1 is.

hi do you have contact number please I'm genuinely interested in your sti but not one for texting etc thx

scooby87 01 July 2015 08:20 AM

Hi All,

My number is 07743034141 if anyone wants to call for a chat about the car, also I am happy to drive to meet you a bit of the way within reason. I am happy to drive a few miles to makes things easier.

Also I have not mentioned the car has Subaru service history up to 38k, this seems to be a top question for a lot of people I have had so far. These are stamped in the book.

Thanks
Neil

Can't believe this is still around. GLWTS :thumb:

ZANY 03 July 2015 10:35 AM

If it's that unbelievable why don't you snap it up and make a quick profit mate!

Jonnys3 03 July 2015 12:35 PM

How would I make a profit from this ? It seems to be priced about right. Moreover I don't have the time or inclination to try and make money selling cars.

My point is that when I was looking for mine 3 or 4 months ago, there were examples such as this one being snapped up within hours of being advertised. I'm just confused as to why this example hasn't been sold yet ... :wonder:

Free bump for what looks / sounds to be a well cared for and sought after Widetrack STI never harmed anyone. :p

ZANY 03 July 2015 06:01 PM

Hi there I've been looking at it for bout a week and more I look more money needs spending if you went to buy a 400+bhp scoob and it didn't even have battery clamp attached! To the battered ! Then it's been lowered on coil overs which suggests it had wide alloys on it which is why originals are scuffed, with all mods a 42mm radiator would be essential don't you think I reckon it needs bout good 2k spending before it even starts to look mint in my opinion but every1's is different a good set of hoses and a set of scoobyworld mud flaps then yeah even 10k would be cheap 👌

Very nice straight low mileage example the 2k was if you was too put a set of rota drifts on it etc its was far from rubbish but not something I'd call mint I or my pride and joy, but very easily made mint by the 2k lucky guy who got it very low mileage good base example that's had all the expensive mods done already happy days 👍

You might want to proof read before you post to limit confusion and explaining yourself again ;)
