It's a 3 bolt one, unless your headers a 3 bolt it will fit, but if stock headers which should be 2 bolt then won't fit afaik.

I will as long as you cover postage and pp fees, I couldn't tell you about fit, it comes with brackets so you could mod to fit.
You'll have to research fit yourself.
