Nissan Skyline last week and Audi Quattro this week - some cracking cars

Skyline was good, except it had all the signs of a possible twisted chassis but they never showed this being checked or sorted, or did I miss this bit?

The 2nd hand parts dealer had an impressive stock.

i just watch via youtube the 911 cabriolet, that was a rot box.. but got sorted.

Watched the quattro episode - reasonable entertainment.

Yep saw it last night - good watch and so nice to see them doing things for people that will appreciate and seem to deserve the outcome.... :)

is this a new series or repeats?

No where near enough show time spent on the rebuild of the Quattro. I'd rather see the car being rebuilt than shed loads of time being spent on Tim's childish predictable antics.

Got to say though, the guy that donated the engine was very generous.

Good old Fuzz, I am not a fan of Tim Shaw though. Is the garage based in Willenhall in the West Mids?

The garage is in Aldridge in the West Midlands. The spares guy has also been on Wheeler Dealers.

He was also on Come Dine With Me. :)

Why did he do it though? The cost of the engine would have been part and parcel of the cost of producing the programme. It's not like the car owner foots any of the bill :wonder:
