Reverse FMIC core

Not finding many reverse cores I could use, I've seen the type I want that mounts inside the bay. But not where to buy it.

Do people remember where they bought theirs? Or does everyone have theirs custom made?

The non rotated setup is ideal, but $3,700 is a bit of a joke though.

That set up would have hot air from rad onto it can't be ideal
What's a reverse core

I think the V mount is a really good idea like on RX7's, don't know why it's not done more on the scoobs as it seems an ideal setup as all the benifits of front mount with shorter pipe work runs. Price does seem very steep though.

A core that can be used with the inlet reversed for shorter pipework, I see what you're saying but many high powered scoobs use a similar setup so I can't imagine it being poor cooling.

Yeah the price does seem way off when I'm sure a custom one could be made for less.

Do intercoolers have a directional airflow? I changed my silicone intercooler pipes for hard pipes and the routing of the hard pipes went the reverse way through the intercooler. Whats the standard driection? Or am i missing something.

It wouldn't though because the radiator is angled back towards the engine so the intercooler sits above it.

Nope, it's just an air/air heat exchanger.

Just seen rad is angled but still not in best place as with mine its at front of car where air is cooler
If any are directional could just turn cooler around
