APS DR725 Intercooler kit - Rotated turbo or OEM turbo pipework - Now £800

Rare as hens teeth these days and still comedy money to buy new.

Full APS DR 725 intercooler kit with custom rotated pipework for a twisted turbo setup. Pipework has the boss already fitted for the Syvecs ACT sensor and is powdercoated crackle black.

I can also supply it with the original APS pipework for oem location turbos.
You chose, price is the same.

cookstar 29 April 2015 03:25 PM

Good luck with the sale, as a side note, have you had any issues having your plate on the bonnet? It's something I'm considering for mine.

frayz 29 April 2015 03:31 PM

Nope

I've spent a year driving everyday without issue with plate on bonnet.

Free bump :)

Mackers 30 April 2015 06:36 PM

If you sell it with the standard pipe work mate, I'll have the rotated setup off you as I already have the IC and am thinking of upgrading in the future.
Cheers,
Dave

frayz 30 April 2015 06:42 PM

Already have a buyer for that I'm afraid. If it sells with the rotated setup that's fine. If she sells with the stock pipes then the rotated pipes already have a home.
You could always buy my kit and sell it on as a complete setup for a standard car.

frayz 02 May 2015 08:21 PM

Bumping

frayz 06 May 2015 07:20 PM

Bumping the best off the peg newage intercooler money can buy!

banny sti 08 May 2015 04:58 PM

Bump for a top guy :)

frayz 14 May 2015 09:50 PM

Cheers Banny.
Had lots of interest in this but so far nobody actually come up with the funds.

Still available with either pipework to suit stock or rotated turbos.

Ganz1983 15 May 2015 04:05 PM

Mate are bonnet struts for sale

frayz 15 May 2015 05:40 PM

No just the intercooler.

frayz 26 May 2015 10:48 PM

I'll be heading to Wales soon to collect this and the rest of the parts not going back on the car. All items will then be available for Essex collection. Thanks. :)

I'm very surprised you still have this Frayz it's top quality and the only way to do it, these kits fit perfectly and give results worth the investment.

sunnyjones003 28 May 2015 08:49 AM

Hey pal.
I'm you wre to sell this with the standard pipe work. How much would you want for the rotated pipework.
I need the pipe that goes from the throttle body lol

frayz 28 May 2015 09:01 AM

The rotated pipework will only be sold with the cooler. It is otherwise already reserved for someone else if the cooler sells as a standard fitment package.

Trouble is, quality costs Si.
Too many cheap Chinese FMIC kits out there. It's finding someone that appreciates how difficult these are to come by and wants the best off the shelf FMIC available.

I've had heaps of interest but nobody yet come up with the money.

frayz 12 October 2015 12:29 PM

Haven't really pushed this sale as its still packaged up in Swansea with the car, i still have it.

Price dropped.

scotty75 12 October 2015 01:51 PM

Can these be made to fit a classic .

joe v3sti 12 October 2015 02:13 PM

This is streaks ahead of your cheap chinease intercoolers people.

Bargain!

frayz 12 October 2015 02:23 PM

It can indeed and I believe it had been done a number of times.

Yes it can be, pipework would need some jigging as well as some cutting and bending of metal :thumb:

Smudge46 12 October 2015 02:26 PM

Is this still in Swansea? Interested with standard pipework, is it the wrinkle red?

johnnybon 12 October 2015 05:49 PM

Fraz I have a lateral rad and intercooler set up for a classic if I can sell that I'll take this from you :thumb:

frayz 13 October 2015 11:40 AM

Okay guys let me know.
I did have the availability of OEM pipe work, however the guy I know with it is out of the country on business for the forseable future.
Therefore currently only offering this as a complete kit for a rotated turbo.

Thanks.

These are as pukka as off the shelf intercoolers get.
