Tips on removing exhaust hangers.
 

I simply cannot remove the exhaust from its hangers. Any ideas? To me the end of the clip seems too wide to go back through the hole.
I've tried a loosening spray brute force and a lot of shouting but they will not come out.
2006 wrx.

Just got to pull it off mate

Try twisting and pulling and pushing all at the same time

WD40 or similar to help it slide.....................:thumb:

Shove a big screwdriver through the hole some wd40 and twist and pull

cut it and replace.

Use your man strength dude...or failing that, get a mechanic to do it 😉

Drink a can of Iron Bru first :)
