poly glass windows pros and cons
 

As above thinking of going poly windows in my type r.. what are the benifits besides weight liss if there is any more? And what are the disco advantages if car is going to be used on the road aswell

Weight gain is minimal. Due to the doors not having a window frame, getting them to seal is a nightmare. Even the best ones I've seen done still rant that good. Not worth the hassle in my opinion.
However....... Yours being a type r
If you are desperate to save weight, you could do rear screen and side windows as they are fixed
