Old codger, Sti3, 0 NCB, headache..
 

My Sti3 has been garaged since 2006, thinking about sticking it on the road for a few months this summer.
Trouble being I've been in a contract lease car since 2007 and the insurance was part of the lease arrangement so I've not had my own insurance since 2007.
Anyone give me any advice who to try? Car is standard except for exhaust, air filter and 18" alloys - 51 yrs young this year.

I just got a quote from footman james, they specialise in classics. 180 fully comp for the year. That was for 3000 miles. 1000 miles was 92 a year.
