Just seeing if anyone is interested in attending the FOS this year?

Armed Forces Day in Cardiff again Matt.

What day is that on mate ? could do saturday or sunday whichever is easiest

Prep day Friday, the main day is Saturday and won't finish until late.

I'd be up for it Matt, wouldn't mind the 28th as Mr Rossi is there. :thumb:

The sunday is always a better day to go, just need to have your running shoes on so to get round

I've read that he's there for Yamaha's 60th Anniversary Rob :thumb:

If you're going on Sunday you MUST buy tickets in advance. You can't pay on the day.

To be honest you need to buy tickets in advance for any day you go to the FoS.

I'll be doing mine on the weekend mate, its definitely a goer

Nothing a bacon sandwich and a cup of tea wont solve plus You can sleep in the car mate :-)

£63 each adult ticket :eek::eek::eek::eek:!!!!!!!

Yeah its never cheap for the fos though who & what you see is some of the best things that no car show will beat

Before you pay full whack have a search around as there's usually a few offers around like groupon. Don't hang around too long though as tickets sell out quick especially Sunday.

I might well be up for this as well, I will have to check to see if I can get someone to cover my weekend for me at work and if so I will be there. :)

Rescue Dudes top tips;

Be there early
Take plenty of food and drink - The onsite prices will terrify you!!
Keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress appropriately
Wear comfortable shoes/boots - You'll be walking miles!!
Try to get into the main paddock for a look round. It'll be rammed but is worth the effort.
Don't take any money with you that you're not willing to spend.
Buy a programme so you know what's going on. The timetable is always changing so listen to the commentators who usually know what's happening.
Be prepared to queue for everything - They usual crowd at Goodwood on a Sunday is around 100,000. :eek:
