Skyline R32 GTR??
Thinking of chopping the RS focus in for an R32 GTR.
Does anyone have any experience or owned one, am completely new to skylines so looking for advice. Had a test drive in mildly modded one 1.2bar with the altessa 4wd system, loved it's savage rawness and that noise:) Anything particular to lookout for apart from the obvious rust issues? Many thanks |
Never owned one and I doubt I ever will but they do look awesome. I know I'd either A) crash one and survive or B) crash one and kill myself. I often look at Torque GT's website and Newera Import's website just to look at the fresh imports.

all i've ever heard about is running costs!! should be prepared

Mechanical wise nothing to worry about, just body work really get a nice clean fresh import with no rust,
a real nice example r32 gtr will go up in value over the next few years. |
Took a rather potent one down to local rollers on friday, made 682bhp was as mad as a box of frogs!

I have took a slight interest in this model car as I'm looking for a different track car but its the possible huge weight of this vehicle that's putting me off?

Appreciating classic now, usually the fresh imports are absolute minters and are fetching anything from £9k to £15k! Cars of that calibre in that condition deserve to be kept that way too IMO.

It would only be a 1000-2000 mile a year car for me, garaged etc. I have the audi and truck for day to day. |
