Debadging rear

I'm wanting to remove the subaru badge from my car, from this:

to this:

I'm wondering though whether there are holes behind it or is it just stuck on? My car is an early JDM Hawk if that makes any difference?

Cheers

Mines a 55, not sure whether there will or wont be and not keen on prying it off to find out. Anyway to know without doing it, from inside for example?

Im pretty sure if the car has the centre emblem they have the holes,it's how they locate it in the factory.
The badges all come with the locating tangs too.
You may be able to see from the inside of the boot lid though

Will have a gander, thanks. Sounds like too much hassle, my mate owns a bodyshop but filling and painting i just cant be bothered with for the sake of a badge.
