Power loss to lamba sensor + idle problem
My 97 V3 STI is idling wrong it jumps from 1000rpm to 1500rpm then 1000rpm an so on this problem continues, I have an Apexi ecu with handheld controller if I go to sensor's display the lamba reads at idle 0.20v - 0.25v at 1000rpm then 0.0 at 1500rpm, I got a new lamba from Subaru but the problem continues. Has anyone had this problem before or know what could be the problem here

Idle control valve buddy get another quiet pricey new so I guess u can try clean the one u have and get new a new gasket if it it the early type or pick up another from a breaker

Still having this problem, I adjusted the throttle cable now car idles low sometimes stalls so now I rev the car at 1500 until it's warmed up it runs fine on tick over then, I've changed the lamba sensor, coolant water temp sensor, throttle position sensor and still no difference, cel light is on at idle and after 2000rpm goes off and comes back on at lower rpm, I checked for codes once an the cel light just light up didn't flash any codes, the spark plugs were also changed a while ago to see if that was the problem, the leads are fine like new next thing am thinking is the coil pack, just all these new bits costing an bits costing and not getn anywhere, any ideas anyone
