Sounds gorgeous. Could listen to that noise all day long!

Quick question; does the fact that you have a non-Subaru exhaust fitted affect the warranty?

Fur 27 February 2015 12:00 AM

Hmmm not sure but I'm guessing I might have a warranty problem, I'm taking the risk fingers crossed I'll be ok

Telf 27 February 2015 12:51 AM

Is that a cold or warm engine? Like the sound of that, my RB5 sounds great when warm, but not as throaty when cold, wandered if the new one would be the same?
Not sure about the warranty as well, don't really want to compromise that so blatantly.

Sounds good though.

Word is subaru will not honour the warranty on any modified car. Is yours mapped as well?

Fur 28 February 2015 10:19 AM

Not re mapped yet but was gonna re map end of March following fitting of fast flow cat

It sounds mint mate.
Returned some of that missing scooby burble.
Have you got a perrin cais? Might be the next bit if not?

I'm 95% sure having spoke to a few that subaru will not honour the warranty on any modified car (as previously said).
The major thing that would hold me back.
Although, hopefully you won't need it anyway.

You will notice a difference once its done but if you keep it around 340/340 you shouldnt have any issues with the engine. Mine hasnt missed a beat so far :D
