ihi VF35 turbo- where to source/rebuild

My VF35 is starting to smoke a little and could do with some attention. Can anyone recommend someone suitable to rebuild it /supply a reconditioned one/sensibly priced new one?

I've seen the name John Goulding posted on other forums of brave heart racing developments but they don't seem to exist anyone? Can anyone enlighten me?
