5x100 hub to 5x114 hub
Is it possible to change just the centre piece of the hub to convert the pcd to the later 5x114 or do you need to change everything. Thanks Chris

Need to change hubs, shafts, diffs, brake discs and possibly calipers

As above if you're not bothered about the larger wheel bearings and just want 114 for wheel fitment Maz's link is the cheapest way
|
Yes it might be the cheapest way, but that isn't what the OP asked ;)

Hubs and shocks i believe

Hubs can be machined to suit any shock by Alyn at ASP |

Maybe I read it wrong but I'd say adding spacers which alter the pcd is changing the centre of the hub. |

Any actually used these adaptors? Does the extra 25mm each side look ridiculous? The only wheels I really like are the 05 sti alloys that come in 5x114.3. Hub adaptors seem like a good, cheap solution but don't want to go down that route if the wheels stick out noticeably.

Which ones did you try?
Looking at the CDF ones. |
Has anyone run these adaptors without issue?

I will be buying coilovers at some point so may switch hubs and buy the coilovers to suite. Would a bugeye spec c have the correct shafts or not.

Adapters are fine 👍 and will look good with a bit of extra poke but you may need to lower the car if they stick out too much for your liking
