My top plastic expansion tank has broken does anyone have one,if local I can pick up asap

you'll be lucky to find a plastic one, if you do, it will be expensive and could be brittle too

buy a metal one, cheaper and stronger (about £25-£30 + P & P)

yea i know about them being brittle this is my second one that has gone,are the classic metal ones the same fitment ?

no, they are different, they can be made to fit, but it's not right and a PITA to do

I bought a metal newage one for £25
