nikon-man 10 January 2015 08:03 AM

okay we know the Scooby is rally bred but looking at the depth of the water I wouldn't say OPPS I would have said more like STUPID...

JDM_Stig 10 January 2015 09:48 AM

if it was a sti it would have made, honest. . . .

BBB3 10 January 2015 09:54 AM

bustaMOVEs 10 January 2015 10:04 AM

This. The waters barely up to the exhaust level, so it's miles off the intake.

kevo10 10 January 2015 10:41 AM

And then the Toyota drives through to rub it in a bit lmao

jaygsi 10 January 2015 10:56 AM

Best Toyota add ever.

headhunter123 10 January 2015 02:01 PM

bustaMOVEs 10 January 2015 03:25 PM

scoobyskool 10 January 2015 03:54 PM

Much to his pride for being a knobber :D

STi06 10 January 2015 06:29 PM

Just too much speed... He's pushed the wave in to his intake.

scoobyskool 10 January 2015 06:35 PM

Could of also had a bung missing from the floor or bulkhead near the ecu if there is one in that area

STi06 10 January 2015 06:41 PM

Atleast he has some mudflaps installed. :D

JayUK91 11 January 2015 12:40 AM

So out of interest, what's the best way to traverse deep water such as this?

Paulo P 11 January 2015 02:38 AM

2.5? Probably the best thing for it to be honest

Tbh the best way is to reverse and choose a drier route - failing that as stated go in slow and keep throttle steady , in all honesty with a scooby air intake in the place it is if you hit the water fast in the first instance youre probably gonna have trouble ,, ive waded loads in 4x4s etc but even then and with snorkles it doesnt take much water mixed with electricity to cause severe issues either immediately or in the long term
