The page seems to be down again. I've been getting this message since yesterday and when I tried to shop last week too.

Something is blocking your access - your ISP or proxy server. At work my default proxy server goes via Germany so I get the same error as you are seeing now and I get it all the time. If I change my proxy to a UK based server then I can access the website as normal all the time.
