Just make one make a template the rear of valve cut sheet metal drill holes then just screw recirc back on

JamieJerkovic 05 January 2015 05:57 PM

Good plan. What thickness in mm you think? 5mm-10mm?

peter zippy reid 05 January 2015 05:58 PM

I used 10mm

peter zippy reid 05 January 2015 05:59 PM

Leave gasket attached to help seal

JamieJerkovic 05 January 2015 05:59 PM

10mm is a bit hardcore, Peter.

3mm alloy will suffice, couple of quid for a small enough plate on ebay.

peter zippy reid 05 January 2015 08:24 PM

He just used what he had laying about mate

JamieJerkovic 05 January 2015 08:24 PM

Cheers shrek, sam said that he can supply them!

And ive found 10mm thick ally on ebay for 9 quid! Need to find something decent to cut it? Jigsaw maybe with a ally blade?

domino46 06 January 2015 07:33 AM

10mm is overkill and not needed that thick lol ,, Ill make you one if you want mate iv got a couple made but not 100% where they are at the mo lol , would drive loads better with a recirc on though

mickywrx 06 January 2015 06:54 PM

You also need a bung. ;)

peter zippy reid 06 January 2015 07:04 PM

I never used a bung i left recirc attached to hose and put blanking plate on tmic and screwed recirc back into place
